About Us

New Beginnings Liberia is a nonprofit organization driven by compassion, purpose, and the belief that true transformation begins with meeting people at their greatest point of need. Our mission is rooted in the vision of “Changing the world, one country at a time.” We exist to restore hope, create opportunities, and build sustainable solutions that uplift individuals, families, and entire communities.

Our story began with a deep calling to respond to the struggles faced by many in Liberia—a nation with incredible resilience, but also with challenges caused by years of hardship, poverty, and limited access to resources. From the very beginning, we have sought to be more than just a provider of aid. We are partners walking alongside communities, listening to their needs, and working together to build pathways toward lasting change.

At New Beginnings Liberia, we focus on some of the most urgent and essential areas of life:

• Clean Water Access: Safe drinking water is the foundation of health and dignity. We install and support clean water systems to ensure families no longer have to suffer from preventable waterborne diseases.
   
• Education: We believe education opens the door to opportunity. By supporting schools and students, we are helping to shape the next generation of leaders, dreamers, and problem solvers.
   
• Food Security & Farming Training: By equipping communities with the tools and knowledge for sustainable farming, we are not only fighting hunger but also strengthening livelihoods.
   
• Orphan Care & Support: Vulnerable children deserve protection, love, and the chance to thrive. We provide resources and support to orphans, ensuring they grow up with hope and possibility.
   
• Sanitation & Health: Through the construction of latrines and other health initiatives, we create healthier environments and reduce preventable illness.
   

Every initiative we undertake is built with sustainability in mind.
